| Our Writing Celebration was a blast today! (especially because we had a juice toast AND popcorn!) |

| We decorated our covers and came up with a title just like real authors do! |

| Our titles were amazing and so thoughtful! |

| We listened to each other read, then we gave our group members a compliment about their writing! We were beaming after reading each compliment! |

| We focused on listening for the author tricks in each others writing! |
 |
| Many of us heard the author trick for ellipsis! |
 |
| We also had a juice toast to celebrate our hard work! |
