Our school got to go to the middle school last week Tuesday for the Jump with Jill Assembly!

Jill taught us all about healthy eating choices. Like we always need to eat breakfast! Good foods for breakfast were eggs, fruit, yogurt, and low fat milk. |

Some of our classmates got to join her up on the stage to dance! |

Jill had us up and moving throughout the entire show! |

We also need lots of vegetables that are good for our "skin, hair, eyes, bones" Ask your child if they can remember the "super power vegetables" song! |
|
She also taught us about exercise and how important it is for us to move our body and get do things that are active! |
